I have looked at about every brand of tractor, specifications on the web. Every manufacter I have come upon puts position control on their tractors, Kioti, Branson, all the Chinese brands that I have seen, JD and NH, Massey. If all these major and non-major manufacters put PC on their tractors(size of these tractors is comparable to B7500) l would think Kubota would want to provide this as standard equipment? I don't personally care wether I have PC or not, I just thought this was kinda weird that it's not on Kubota's. Any opions to why this is?

Maybe so they can charge more for less ?/w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
Just a thought ,or because people still buy them because of the name

Or maybe because they can getaway with it./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Ouch, man. Let's not get into brand-bashing. By the way, in my area the Kubota was much cheaper than the NH and the Massey. The JD sales rep was a jerk.
Position control would be nice in certain circumstances, though.

What is that lever on the right fender that has numbers on it and you can set how high the implement rides? My Kubota 2710 has that.

That must be the implement altitude adjusment toggle./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif The B7500 doesn't have one of those thingies.

All the orange tractors up from the B7500 have PC. If you need it, you go there.

... except for the B7500DTN has PC.

People complain about the price of Kubota tractors. So Kubota makes what they consider economy models. Then people complain that they don't have all the features the others have. Kubota can't win. They do make tractors with PC in that HP range (see B2410,2710,2910) these are not considered economy tractors.

Don't get me wrong, after looking at all thats out there I am more than likely going to purchase a BX2200 or B7500 still wrestling with that decision. The Kubotas are the lest costly major brand in my area including cheaper than Case and Masseys. I just was wondering why no PC.

Just read your bio - 30 acres, I figure about 7 open field?. Doing anything with that? More interesting than PC is draft control - really neat if you plan on using ground engaging implements. I have a single mold board plow and although I don't use it often, draft control would be nice.

Am I wrong here, guys? Wouldn't draft control be more useful than PC? Seems to me that if you're grading, implement position relative to the ground would be more important than implement position relative to the tractor.
