Noob on a Ford 800 series model 8?0

I picked her up from a Craigslist posting. Advertising as a 841, but even with my basic knowledge, new this was not correct. She has Five speed and live PTO, powered by EAF 6015J, which leads me to believe it would be an 860. OR I could have landed on a Frankenstein model with a bunch of mixed parts. Which parts have casting numbers that could be cross referenced? Is there a database someplace that contains these casting numbers?

Going to work on getting fluids changed tomorrow. Also need to change plugs and wires and do a compression test. Ordered valve cover gasket, Valve Cover Vent Breather Gasket and element.

Anyone with any great tips and tricks for the new adventure on the Ford, please feel free to send them over.
