nortrac 304 info needed

Just had a 304 nortrac given to me. It is a 2004 year model. It runs super just the 3 pt hitch does not go up with hydraulics. I can lift the arms manually . power steering and loader work fine.. Anyone know anything about these tractors.. thanks in advance

Hi. There should be a knob below the front of the seat that controls the rate or speed of the lift or drop of the 3pt. It may be turned all the way cutting the flow through it. You can adjust it to get the right speed of drop depending on what you have on the 3pt. If it hadn't been used in awhile you may want to lube it a bit.

Thanks i turned it all the way to the left and right and still no go.. Thinking i may have to pull cover and try and see what is going on .MAYBE lol

Well i did not have to pull cover. I found that on my FEL loader valve high pressure relieve valve was plumbed into the pressure port for pto power. I plumbed the fel out of valve to PTO pressure and relieve to sump and all works fine.. Not sure why they did this.. But all is fine .. Hope this helps someone else down the line

Where is the high pressure relieve valve on your Nortrac 304? The implements (FEL and TPH/shredder) will not lift. Appreciate any info. Thanks.

The FEL and PTO do not lift on my Nortrac 304C. If you have the manual for yours can you tell me what page shows the diagram for the FEL loader valve high pressure relieve valve and the pressure port. I looked in my manual and can't find, or maybe they have another name in the manual.

Need to do what you did and maybe that will fix my problem. Thanks.
