Does anyone have any experience/feedback on the NorTrac 72" Snow Thrower? I'm in Catron County, NM and our winters vary year to year. Last year we hardly got any snow where I live and this year we're getting hammered. I have about 1.5 miles of driveway/road to clear.

I have the Econor 72" which is their lighter duty version. 10 years and no problems. Very solid unit.

I just took delivery of a 72 in. NorTrac 3 pt. snowblower last Thursday. It took a little over 3 weeks for delivery (thru Northern Tool). It came from Braber Products in Washington state. The shipping protection was pretty rough with bent angle iron apparently from stacking the units. Lots of scratched paint and dirty. No place on the unit does it stated where it was made, but I would imagine it came from China considering the quality of the welds and confusing, incomplete assembly instructions. However, once I finally figured out how to assemble it, I was pleasantly surpised as to how it was constructed. Main concern was turning the chute and that works fine. I live in Michigan but we have't had any measurable snow yet this year. I'm ready to try it though!

I'm also curious. NT website reviews seem favorable. Price point looks very favorable.

I was about to pull the trigger on one of these and when I went to check out the shipping was over seven hundred dollars, so the $1800 snowblower was around $2300. I checked Craigslist and found a few year old Farm King 720 and picked that up instead.
