NorTrac steering troubles please help

NorTrac 35XTD dozer. I have a small dozer that is a NorTrac, but I’m having trouble with the steering on it for two years now. I came upon a post from a Mr.Bob Rooks an Elite Menber, in his post he figured out a way of redoing the steering linkages on one of these dozers. If anyone knows how I can get a message to him I would take that kindly, because I need help. Thank you Clyde Endicott
