Some people are only seeing one side of it.
I was looking for my first house many years ago. Went with a real estate agent through a development. Made a wrong turn. Saw our first dream house.
Not for sale, says the agent.
I get out of the car anyway, knock on the door, inquire about the house.
Not for sale, says the owner.
I leave my calling card.
Four months later, we bought that house.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Like someone else said. Fortunes turn overnight.
