not turning over

have a 20yo +/- kioti dk45. having problem starting and draining of battery. already replaced key switch. there are two relays/switches that buzz when key is turned off/on. the timer relay and one in the engine compartment mounted in front on of the fuel tank next to the preheater controller

Hi. Welcome.
I would start with checking/tightening the ground wires and any other loos connections you find.
The battery drain indicates either a short or a loose wire that is causing a drain.

I would take all the battery cables off and clean them and their mating surfaces up and coat them with dielectric grease before putting them back together, first. Then see if it will start.

If it won't start then, with the key switch in the off position and the tractor in neutral and the brakes locked on, I would take a jumper wire and jump from the positive terminal on the starter solenoid to the single small wire terminal to see if the engine will turn over.
