Interesting. I would like to see a YouTube video to see how it worked.
Like many early tractors, it was a replacement for horses.
Remember these?
Horse-drawn, steam-powered-pump, fire engines.
The two wheeled tractors replaced the horses and front axle, leaving the rest of the fire engine the same.

Thanks for the pics. I bet it took a real man to operate that steering wheel. I know how bad it is ti steer a John Deere A w/o power steering.
