Did you confirm your axles were damaged?

Negative, I am just going by what learstroker wrote. I did however look at my shop service manuel today and I only see one bearing on the axle. I don't see how it could even work with tires. After a while it would start to wable.

It's good that your issue is being taken care of. I am some confused that the dealer won't share info with Kubota corporate. Maybe they are neglecting to mention that you had tracks on it?

Anyway, even with all the good stuff about the kubota machine, I guess there has to be some weakness. Given the historical behavior of kubota, they will fix it. (eventually)

I also don't like to sue (never have had to yet), just having ducks lined up and being willing to work thru issues normally get's the job done.

I bet the dealer is concerned that they will get stuck with the warranty work if they mention tracks.
