Looks like the cash price with all rebates from KIOTI. If you finance at 0% you will lose a lot of the rebate. The other thing is that if you pay the interest on financing it actually works out a little cheaper than doing 0% deal. Also if you want to settle early you are better off going the route of paying interest. Through Agricredit there is no early settlement fee and you are getting all the rebate benefits of a cash buyer.
