Hi I am wanting to buy a NX5510 With AG tires 16.9x24. Kiotis spec say the width is 65.7 inches. I would like to know what width you tractor is at the widest point (assume outside edge of rear tires). Please elaborate if the rear wheels are dished in or out and tire size.
Thank you.

Hi LynxHill, I have a 2018 NX6010 with the industrial 17.5-24. My wheels are dished out from the dealer and measure 75 inches wide to the outside of the tread.

Hi SGreene,
Thanks for the reply. How much difference do you think dishing the wheels in would make in width? On the DK series it makes about 3" per tire so 6 inch total reduction. I can'y put my eye on a NX in my area so can't get that measurement. If you have time to measure that I'd really appreciate it.
TIA

Forgive my fuzzy pictures. I have the 2 piece adjustable rims.

The wheel dish is mounted to the axle flange facing outwards:

The wheel's ring is mounted the outside of the dish:

I could swap the ring to the inside of the dish to narrow the wheel in by 2 1/4" each (dish boss is 1 7/8" thick and the wheel dish is 3/8" thick:

The problem is there is only 3" of clearance between the inner fender and the tire sidewall:

Granted the R1 Ag wheel and tire combo is a little narrower than the R4 but not by a lot.

Hope this helps,

Steve

Model year 2015

Thanks! Still don't have anyone confirming we can get it safely narrowed to that width of 65.7. If the tread width is 52.5 adding 1 tire of 16.9 width that's 69.4". Something is not adding up.
Frustrated! Thanks for your help though.

Did you ever find out how wide the 5510 is with 16.9 rears?
