I had a leak on one of the quick connects for the FEL on my tc45d. the o-ring was beat up. I called the dealer, they cannot figure out which o ring it is. I went to two autoparts stores and a kubota dealer, everyone has lots of o-rings but none that match this. Its has a very small thickness, if thats makes sense, measures ~.067 with a caliper. Am I missing something? Am i trying to match it too specifically?

That doesn't say much for your dealer.

Try your local JD dealer and ask for their "Face-Seal O-Ring" assortment box. It may be in the workshop (You don't want to buy a whole box-full).

Some of these FSOR's are thin in section and they have a series of sizings.

The assortment box is yellow plastic and has a sizing chart inside the lid which may be useful.

I agree about the dealer. After reading your post I believe I was able to find it, I will make an attempt to confirm the part number with the dealer and order a few extra. On the part listing it lists an item called a backup ring as well. Both rings were included in the line item for the female quick coupler. What is a backup ring for and where does it go?

Quick connects are cheap. I think most just replace the whole thing and not try to worry about the seals
