Swamp. I have a leaker as well. Drove me frikin crazy. It turns out on my 1850 the bottom of the pump there are a bunch or additional outputs/ drains / plugs / whatever. They have these little PITA O Rings and I have gone through two sets so far. I think I have it nailed, but definitly has been an issue for me

Carl,

Are you using o-rings supplied by PT/manufacture, or just any o-ring out of a box that looks close. Type material, thickness, size, etc.

Took the rings down to NAPA (1st mistake) and it took a few samples to get the right fit.

If these fail (so far 1 year and no leakage) I will call PT and get some sent out with whatever repair I need.

J_J is exactly right. Either get the correct o-rings from PT or find out what durometer and style they are.

Happy Easter, I finally got some time to look for my leak and I found it! It was a failed 'O' ring on the 1/4" fitting on one of the tram pump blocks. Looked like I pinched it on the install and it finally failed. Changed it out and all seems to be well.

Thanks for all the tips, I am sure they will come in handy down the read. This board is great!
