Tractor
Ford 1900
Hello, I have a ford 1900 tractor 4x4. There will be lots of questions, But not all at once, The major problem is cleaning etc, I have a few leaks in the loader controls, are they hard or easy to repair? Yes, that is a dumb question, we own british cars I can rebuild SU carbs, heads, do tune ups, adjust valves, and all the MG type problems. The major questions, are the o-ring metric or standard, is there a kit I would need to order, Yes we have an owners manual, shop manual and a parts catalog. But a little help increases my confidence and save me money. Thanks Mike

Mike, the valve is real simple. If you have the valve pictured in the illustration and it is mounted horizontally, then you can order the orings pictured in the illustration, #6, but they run about $38. The orings are standard, not metric, will run about $2. at a hydraulic shop or well stocked auto parts store. The liader is a 771 if it is from Ford. Not much to it.
The tractor is pretty straight forward and not hard to work on if you have the sefvice manual.
