Went to my local high volume off-road supplier yesterday for some fuel for my dozer. He is now only selling ULSD and the above ground off-road tanks and pumps were marked ULSD <15 ppm sulphur. I was told the tanks were purged (the lady didn't say how) prior to the new fuel being delivered. It looks like the change over is starting to happen for real.
