Just changed my engine oil (5 hr maintance schedule) on my Cub Cadet GT 2544. Compared filter that came off tractor with one for a Toyota. The 6 cylinder looks too be a match. A 4 cylinder filter is close and may work, does anyone use these filters, they must be good filters if they are used on a vehicle that runs constance speeds for hours at a time. BTW these filters are a lot cheaper /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif than the ones that CC says too use. Just curious as to whether anyone else is/was/going to try these and let us know if they are compatible. Toyota sells a lot of these filters to the general public for these types of engines.
