oil filter

Can someone with a TC21D post the oil filter number and the outer air filter number as neither are in the manual. I want to cross them to wix filters and they dont have it on the site.

Don't waste your time right now. I tried a cross ref with many filter manufacturers.................No subsitutes at this time. I also tried many grey market Shibaura dealers here and in europe..............again no subsitutes.

If you ever find any in the future please post, as will I.

Like tinner I tried with no luck to cross refeference filters. In the future, hopefully as more NH are sold, they will be available.

These #'s are for my TC18, but I believe they are the same. I had a NAPA # at one time but I can't find it. NAPA can cross reference these #'s.
Oil Filter; NH 86546623, Fleetguard LF3615, Fram PH4386
Air filter SBA314531174
I crossed referenced using the # I got from NAPA, different sites can find that #, but none that I tried could find the NH # except for Fleetguard and they didn't have the airfilter.

The oil filter should be easy to cross. The two air filters have not been crossed yet. Fleetgaurd told me it is unique to that tractor and not enough call for them yet to be crossed.

I've been using a Motocraft FL-300 on my Ford/NH tractors for almost 15 years now. Although none of the NH supplied filters cross to it, even Ford/NH has changed recommendations over the years. The FL-300 (and equivalents) has been used on many Ford small V-8's over the years and is a perfect fit on my NH. I know there may be more involved than fit, but it's a larger filter than NH's current recommmendation, has a backflow preventer and blow-by for plugged applications. Do I really need to worry about anything else.

Thanks for the replys. I got thr oil filter, but no air filter. From napa and its napa brand. It is alot smaller in diameter than the stock filter. But the small holes in the filter are on the same bolt circle (location) and the "O" ring is the same diameter as the stock filter. Ease me a bit, it is ok i hope? Napa showed me the tech. info on the filter and its says its right. thanks Larry

Glad to hear you have found some after market equals. I hope all goes well and I may try the NAPA filter on my NH.

What was the price of the NAPA filter? I get NH oil filters here for $3.86. The primary air filter from NH at $43.75 is what I would like to find a savings on.

I don't know if your tractor is still under warranty, if it is, I think the use of NH filters would be prudent.

I will be bet that the napa filter cost more than the original equipment you get from your dealer for $3.86.
