Oil in 4030 bellhousing

Ran the valves on this 4030. I broke the plug for the hole that the flywheel pin goes through. Went to start it and oil was coming out the hole. Am I missing something, or do we have a problem here?

4030 has a hyd operated clutch. IIRC clutch housing will contain hyd oil.

PermaClutch is a wet clutch.
