Oil & Fuel Oil leak from rear axle

I have a 1986 Ford model 1210 that leaks hydralic fluid from rear axle. It appears to be coming from the bottom of where the axle meets the rear of the tractor on the left side. One of the bolts was loose, tightening it did not help. How big a job is replacing the gasket. Where can I get manuals?
