While repairing and adjusting my 165 over the past few weekends I noticed an oil leak where the tachometer cable enters the engine block. The cover plate has a hole in it above the the tach cable connection. It looks like it was drilled there at the factory. It only leaks at idle, I was adjusting the Multi-power which took a quite a while, and noticed that oil would drip, or spurt out. If you speed up the engine to 1100-1300 rpm's no leak. Is this normal? should I seal the hole ?
