Oil leak on front trans-axle.

I have been viewing this site for sometime now and finally signed up. I have oil leaking out of the left front transaxle, at first I wasn't too concerned seeings how it was a very small amount. I am now concerned because it is too much oil. Does anyone know if there is a seal/gasket or something that I can change. If so how difficult is it and where do I get the part. I used to call the dealer that I bought the tractor from and talk to the mechanic ( he was the most knowledgeable mechanic that I have ever dealt with) unfortunately to my dismay when I called to ask him about this they informed me that he no longer works for them. I love my tractor- don't know what I would do without it; I know I would have to get a bigger kubota. Glad to finally be a member.

first fill out your profile ,so we know a little more about you.
second ,if your mechanically inclined,get a shop manual,on your tractor.if you have this,some good tools,and a good place to tinker,you can get your money back,by not having to pay a dealer.
A GOOD PICTURE posted on these forums,usually gets alot of replys.

Thanks for the response escavader. Where do I go to fill out my profile. I am fairly mechanically inclined- I do most of my own maintenance on all my vehicles etc. so I will take your suggestion and get a shop manual. When I figure out how to get a picture on here I will do so. Thanks again.
