Oil & Fuel oil leaking out around sight glass on L2800

i have just acquired an oil leak around the sight glass on side of engine.is this just a gasket replacement issue or maybe just tighten up the sight glass?i might have overfilled on oil change but wanted to check before i messed up something,

I haven't had to replace mine yet(2007)L3400 DT,but from reading on TBN about this issue I bought a new extra one when I bought the tractor.
