oil leaking out of dipstick

i have a 773 bobcat with kubota diesel in it. i have 2 problems: (1) oil is leaking out of dipstick and the oil level is higher than when i changed it (2) the engine runs perfect for about an hour and then cuts off. you can reprime it with squeeze bulb and it will run fine for another hour. i think the fuel transfer pump may be bad causing fuel to get in the crankcase. does anyone have any other suggestions?

Smell the engine oil and see if it is diesel or hydraulic oil leaking into the sump. If it is cutting out then it may be the lift pump,
