Oil/Oil Filter for Hino E14

Morning,
I have a Hinomoto E14 (deisel), 2wd, with 120 hrs. (showing)
I would like info on the oil filter to purchase and type of oil to use. I have no experience with deisels, and any info will be appreciated.
