Ol" Blue has a spindle leak--any advise???

Hey All, my 1710 has a rt spindle leak, is it a common seal or gasket that is prob the issue?
looked at manual and pic is hard to see what might be leaking--or how tough of repair it is, thank's for any advise..

One seal at the hub, one at the steering swivel. Neither is terribly difficult to change. I've done several dozen over the years, most from the back of a service truck parked in somebody's yard.
