Got an 8N for my birthday and I am like the dog that caught the car he's been chasing for years. Now what am I going to do with this? I live in a subdivision like Leave It To Beaver.

Rebuilt carb today. Have to fiddle some more with it and likely the governor too. Just how do those things work anyway?

Welcome to TBN. First get yourself both operators and service manuals. Either visit your local Ford tractor dealership or Google it to buy them online. By your words you don't know how to work on it. Don't put yourself in a deeper hole. Post some pictures of your present.
