Old Fork Lift, with lots of rail weights

Hey, saw this the other day, working north out of Chicago. It looks to be an old, gas powered fork lift, with lots of added weight. It must be able to lift a lot.

I think I would spring for a new one and lay that one to rest /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. Evidently there's no safety inspection for forklifts in IL /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif.
