I had the BX25 out today and was playing around with the BH. I realized I still have the old Case three lever w/foot swing programed into the brain. That was the most current BH I have ran, about 15 years ago.
In the early '80's I ran a Ditch Witch BH which originally had four lever control. It was converted to the joysticks and I had a lot of time on them.
The switch to the three lever was just as crazy, but pretty soon it was old hat.
That lift of the boom is right hand on the case and left hand on the BX. Its a funny feeling, you know what to do, just getting the hands to do what you want.
I'm sure a little more practice will erase the memory bank of the old habit.
It was actually was kinda fun making mistakes and correcting them.
Took the BH off today for the first time. Piece of cake, great engineering. Now I don't have an extra 3 ft'+ behind me to run into something.
Used the FEL to lift up the Zero turn by its front wheels to get under and take off the blades for sharpening. Cool Beans...
That's it for now from a new BX owner.
