I have a 235 4WD Kubota, 1985, with about 1900 hours. Turf tires. Stored in a barn. No FEL but there is a Kubota snow/plow blade with the hydraulics installed. Everything works. I'm thinking of listing and wanted a few ballpark figures from anyone. I really want one with a FEL and have looked high and low for a Kubota FEL with no luck. Aftermarket are just too much $ in my opinion. I know it's sight unseen but just ballparks.

With FEL about $6000 to $7000, But to add an FEL is going to cost at least $3K so the value really drops unless someone has an FEL that fits and they are just looking for the tractor.

How about keep the tractor, if you can afford it and just buy the other one. Bring the 235 back up to snuff and use or collect or sell years from now? It likely won't depreciate further and it's something you can occasionally use if you have a need for it. Every Kubota I ever sold I later regretted because I could have used it or gained in price from what I got for it. It's my guess that the 235 in 4WD is a future collectable. Just my two cents here.

That's the ticket. If you live in snow country, having a machine set up with the snow blade is super handy. I have a family owned Ford 1700 from the late 1970's with about the same number of hours. No FEL, with 4wd - similar situation. Not used very often, but I never think of selling it. Handy to have it when needed.

It's handy to have tractors of different sizes, so maybe something smaller or larger will suit as a complement to the L235.
