Yanmar 2210 bd
My Yanmar 2210 has a hydraulic leak. It came with a ranch I just purchased. I ordered a manual, but need to use the tractor now. There is only a black cap on the transmission with no dip stick. It says Oil on one side and Asian writing on the other side. I Don't want to run it low on hydraulic fluid. How full should it be? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Check by the gear shifter for a dipstick

Thanks, but that's where the screw in black cap is. I wonder if the dipstick was broken off or something. Now I'm hoping the stick isn't laying in there with the gears, but the cap doesn't look like there ever was one attached to it.

Hey Norm,
I have a 2210 sitting up at the barn. In the morning, I will go take some photos and take a welding rod to show you how much fluid is full.

Here is a photo of the transmission dipstick and its location. Hope this helps. 20180406_002050.jpg20180406_001847.jpg20180406_001731.jpg20180406_002720.jpg20180406_002746.jpg
