Ok so Im looking at a LS XJ2025. I live on 3 acres, mow about 2 acres. Grade my driveway and spread gravel occasionally. Light loader work hauling firewood and occasional landscape and box blade work on some property up north. Would also like to use my posthole auger when needed. No farming or livestock. Would a XJ2025 fit that bill? Is it powerful enough to run a 7 foot finish mower? I currently own a old Long 560 55 hp diesel with loader. Its beginning to show its age but very powerfull Its always been way too big for my needs. Ive never mowed with it or hauled it anywhere because its so heavy weighing in at 9000 lbs with loaded tires. Ive only had gear tractors. Thinking about going to a HST but no problems with gear. I have rear remotes on my 560 although Ive never needed them. I like the price of the XJ2025. But should I go bigger? Am I gonna miss having draft control like on my big 560? Any input would help. Was looking at a XR3037 or XG3032 but don't want to go too big and not really looking to spend that much. Any input would help. Thanks!
