Kubota BX24
I'm ready to purchase a RB 60 rear blade for my BX24. My question is will the BX lift it high enough so I can put it in the first 15 degree tilt position to crown my road slightly. I read in another thread the BX won't lift it high enough to tilt but the poster may have been talking about a more severe tilt to make drainage ditches beside the road. I have my road and driveway plowed so I don't need it to remove snow. My Kubota dealer recommends the RCB 60 which doesn't tilt and is slightly lighter (190# vs 232#). I wouldn't think this would be too heavy as most box blades are much heavier than that.
There is a like new one available around here for much less than new but still more than the KK XB model.
Any suggestions?

Here's a picture of the RB60 tilted to the first tilt position. As you can see, it will tilt but there isn't much clearance, maybe 2-3 inches at most. This is with the toplink as short a possible. Although I've never tried it, you might get the results you're after if you shorten the adjustable lift arm. I've got a early BX1800 and I'm not sure if the 3-point geometry would be different on your BX24.

Thanks for the pic 4K. I would have assumed the first tilt position wouldn't have been so great as I don't want to dig ditches. I think I read somewhere that the arms on the BX24 were a little longer than the 1800. Don't know if that will make a difference or not. Anyway I told the guy today I would buy it.

I didn't have any information relative to the back blade But now that this picture was posted-The Three point on the later models-BX2350,24,2360,2660,&25 all will lift substantially higher than the previous models and will have additional ground clearance. I noticed it on mine when I upgraded.
