Maple syrup. We're in St. Johnsbury Vt. at the Maple Grove factory. They processed over 1 million gallons of maple syrup last year and are the producers of Emerils sauces also.
Also not a bad looking family even if I say so my self!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I'm one lucky guy!!

Al,
We were just there last Saturday. Took my mom up to camp and then to St Jay. We usually take a pic of the can outside and then go in and buy a pint size can with the same label.

Oh yeah - you are right. That's a fine looking family you have there.

Hi Phil Thanks for the comments. Lived in Vt. a long time and had never been to St. J. Took the boys to the museum and planeterim. It was great. Are you getting ready for sugaring next year? We'll be up to a 120 taps.

Maple candy is great. Just started making it this year. It's harder then you think to get it in the molds before the candy hardens. The great thing is even your mistakes taste great!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Couldn't keep the family out of it even if I tried. Used up 3 gallons of syrup just in the first 2 months making candy.
