All of the above also applies to the Prodigy. )</font>
Really??
Before I point out a few differences I just want ya to know I don't currently own either Prodigy or Jordan since selling my 3500 in Oct. I have a Draw-Tite in my Pete for pullin my 16' utility trailer which is just for stabilizing the trailer and not necessary to help stopping the Pete.
Ok now on to a few differences, I will go with the proportional braking if the TV brakes are working other than that they are different.
Prodigy is inertia, so if the TV brakes ever fail ( god forbid)you won't have trailer brakes till you find that little button on the controller in a now panic situation.
Jordan uses a cable attached to the brake pedal so the farther you push pedal the more braking.
Prodigy will show voltage or a shorted magnet or no connection with certain display readings.
Jordan shows amperage draw on correct working brakes and a certain amt depending on how many magnets are in the circuit and as we all know amperage shows work and voltage shows what's available.
The prodigy is easier to install than the Jordan and lots of folks like easy.
Both are good controllers but they are not created equal.
