Did a search but could find anything

Actually I found so much information it has all started to merge so here is my specific question.

Just bought a 55-gal transfer tank which based on my use will be refilling about every six months with ULSD. Tempurature rarely gets below 30F so I don't need antigelling aditive.

What I need is a combo water, stabilizer and biocide treatment I can buy locally. I plan on installing a filter on the output of the 12VDC pump I also bought. Thanks.

Many of the treatments you can buy locally are not the "best" ones out there. Very few of them are designed for the use you have, and that is long term storage and stabilization.

I would look at Optilube's summer formula or FPPF's Agri Fuel Treatment. Both are desinged more for your use. The TDI club has a group buy on Optilube now if your interested.

I am more less in same boat down here in south TX on the temperature deal. I do treat mine for algae thou. That is my main concern. I cannot remember brand I use, but I got it at the sporting good store one day. It was in the marine section. From all my research algae is something when in humid climates and doesnt freeze much is what we need to watch for. If it has been in there a bit to long I also use a Mr Funnel if I get concerned.

Here is a thread on my transfer tank build. Post #41 has finished pics and post #50 has link to pump I used.
