I'll be damned if I can remember the manufacturer of the forks, I bought them at my dealers recommendation. I do know they are probably overkill for my requirements. They are heavy, takes all my might just to lift one side when there off. I'll have a look this weekend to see if there's a name on them.
As for the pooch - no Ridgeback in him, though we did look at Ridgebacks at the time, beautiful dogs. He's a rescue, part shepherd and part ???? Your guess is as good as mine, Vet says he's got Lab in him.

I put his partial profile next to my Ridgeback and the similarity was pretty strong (I'll bet the ears are a big difference). First saw those dogs in Brantford--where I'm from originally--and have liked them ever since. We're looking for a second one -- this time a rescue. They're a bit like Kubotas--low maintenance and pretty to look at--if they'd only work like one . . .
