I was thinking that too. When i had my 5' cutter on my 1920.. I was cutting 7' tall weeds in 3rd gear, 3rd range.. i guess if I would have had a 6' cutter on there.. it would have been 1st gear 3rd range.. etc...

Glad i got a NH 7610s now and a 10' mower. i got way more tractor hp than mower.. so I don't have to worry about running out o' power.. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I have a TC 33 with a 5 foot cutter. It pulls it with no problems, even when the grass/weeds are very overgrown. I think it would pull a 6 footer, but I would only consider that if it were something I was going to keep mowed regularly. If the grass got away from you, the the slower ground speed of 6 footer on a TC33 would be no better than a 5 footer at a higher speed
