Online Parts Purchases

Hello All

Recently I ordered some parts online from various sources almost all have been great and offer some great savings over buying some parts from John Deere directly, have an older 2130

Unfortunately ran into a place called ssb tractors, fortunately did not drop that much but got a confirmation of my purchase straight away but that's the last I heard from them and many emails later nothing...going to my credit card company to see what I can do.

anyone else had issues with this place

Do they answer the phone?
Call your CC company and they can get thier attention.
They are internet only and may have to everything they sell.

I've bought from them and they are VERY slow. I think they are a non-stocking dealer and they have to then order the parts and get them. Not sure,but they may even wait to get a large enough order before THEY place the order with their supplier. Could be wrong...

They may be ok, but I won't do any further business with them.
