To Whom It May Concern:

I own 2 properties in Sullivan County, NY 6 miles apart totaling 10 acres.
My wife and I live at one which has an acre cleared, a 30x30 garden & 12x20 greenhouse.
The other is a fixer upper that will be renovated & rented within 6 months.
That property will require serious landscaping to create the "curb appeal" I want to attract my target market.
I want a compact tractor but am not sure my circumstances warrant the purchase.
I could rent for the "fixer upper" and mow my half acre of lawn...but I DON'T WANT TO...I WANT A COMPACT TRACTOR.

Please HELP me!

What do you see as being the primary uses for a compact tractor?

And what is your price range?

Do you want new or used? Do you have any dealers near you? Have you seen any you like?

More info would be greatly appreciated.
