Did the 300 hour service on my TC-30 (w/HST) today. After replacing both filters, I went to top off the hydraulic fluid with what I thought was hydraulic fluid.

Oops. I spilled in about 1 cup of 10W-30 before I realized my mistake.

I'm inclined to do nothing, thinking that little bit of motor oil mixed in with 17+ gallons of hydraulic fluid sesms almost insignificant.

Thoughts/opinions?

I don't think I'd worry about a cup of 10W-30 in the fluid, but I'm pretty sure you don't have 17+ gallons of hydaulic fluid in a TC30. My TC45D only holds around 10 gallons. I'd be shocked to find out a TC30 holds that much fluid. I'd hope you didn't put that much into the reservoir.

You are correct - 8.8 gallons. My mistake - I misread the manual when I posted my original post. Thanks.

Only 1 cup, I wouldn't worry about it either.

Pour a cup of hydraulic fluid Remover in...that should do the trick.
