Open Shut valve in the hydraulic control block International 434

Hi all,

After removing and replacing the O rings in the Open and Shut valve I've been unable to get it back in all the way.

It seems to bottom out.

Please help!

Either that valve isn’t open all the way so it won’t bottom out or their is a chunk of crap (like the old o ring) in there.

Thanks for the response, I'm still unable to seat it properly.

When it bottoms out before its seated all the way it is a solid restriction (seems solid like metal), which seems to restrict the travel of the shaft.

It is clear of any loose debris.
