Opening Hood on Kubota with Broken Latch?

We have a Kubota L3400 tractor. To open the hood there is a latch on top that you push down and turn clockwise. It would not turn and in the process of trying to turn it, we forced it and now it spins all the way around. We still can't get inside the hood to the engine compartment and filters need to be changed, etc.

Any suggestions? I would appreciate it.

I'm sure some Kubota folks will chime in, but if not may need to post this in the Kubota specific forum. Is this a new tractor? Warranty? Welcome to TBN. How far are you from a dealer, maybe drive by and tell them your problem and see what they suggest.
