I have a Kioti DK45 and stored it in a 40' container for about 3 years, until this winter when I built a barn. You may be able to store a DK35 in a container with the roll bar up, but I had to lower mine. I cut a hole in the roof and installed a whirly-bird vent, and a couple vents in the sides. It still got pretty hot in summer and got condensation in rainy/wintertime. Mice got into it because I left the door open sometimes to cool it down. Containers are very secure and with it padlocked I didn't have to worry much about thieves or vandals (our land is 15 miles from town and I kept it locked tight before we moved out there). For me, the container a great temporary solution, but not permanent.
