I have one just like it in a 72". I bent mine in exactly the same way. I think it bends when you back into something (like a tree) i used mine for several years with them bent and one finally broke. No big deal as those pieces are just steel straps and can easily be made. Buy the steel, cut to length and drill a hole at each end, and bolt them on. I did this for less than $20. If it is a good price (I forgot what the retail is) and nothing else is damaged, by all means get it. It is a good cutter, not an extreme duty one but a good dependable one nevertheless. I abuse mine, and it has lasted for years. Check the blades and gear oil, run it and make sure it spins with no vibration or noise. If that checks out, you should be fine. Mine is way more trashed. I finally bent the sides and wore down the skids by dragging it too low over rough rocky soil, but a welder easily repaired it, and it is still going strong. I am pretty hard on mine, dragging it through the woods, snagging stumps and rocks. I also have the next level Woods, a heavier duty model with thicker steel and replaceable skid shoes. But I paid over $2000 for it, and it really doesn't work any better, just a little stronger. I do like the bolt on skid shoes as I tend to wear this area out quickly. But that's because of using it in rough cutovers and uneven ground. THe damage I see is just cosmetic. Go for it. That looks like a good price and it's a good cutter.
