Ordered a 2320; how longs the wait been?

Told my dealer to stick a 2320 in the mail yesterday (They didn't have any in stock.). He didn't know at that point how long it was going to take to get everything in. He's out of the office for couple of days, so I was wondering what you guys have expericanced in ordering times..

62D
Power Flow System


I'm on the West Coast, so I asume it makes a difference..

Ordered mine on Apr 10th and the tractor is at the dealer but they are still waiting for the loader and 62D deck.

Ordered a 2520 with 200cx on April 9th, dealer said week and a half, two tops. Still waiting.

I think the wait is usually 2-3 weeks right now. I waited a little over a month, but I bought mine when they first came out. The tractor was on the dealers lot, but had to wait on the loader mounts.

I guess my hopes for seeing it in around a week is fading... I should find out Friday, with any luck...

When i ordered my 2520 . thay got the Tractor in 3 days.
but it took 3 more weeks to get the loader and the backhoe
and install them..

I ordered pallet forks and a BB2060 box blade at the same time i ordered the tractor. i have had the tractor a week. and the attachments still have not come in. and there all paid for....

John Deere has implemented a pure lean manufacturing company and most things are built (or at least assembled) when ordered. This keeps the supply and demand of products more in line, but sometimes you do have to wait a bit to get your items. I'd rather have to wait a couple weeks though and get a new item, than get something that has been rusting on the dealers lot though.

Yeah, that makes sense.. I'm sure that this helps with the price of the tractor.

I know other dealers have this tractor in the area (I know because I saw them, but they were higher bids than the dealer I bought from.), I'm hoping that they can exchange with one of those dealers.

I should know today, or tomorrow...

I feel like a little kid right before Christmas...

I just spoke to my salesman and they have everything at the dealership and are hopeful that they can deliver it next Wed 5/2 which will make it exactly 3 weeks. This is a busy time of year for the shop to get it all put together.
