Hello, I hope this isn't a common experience but more poor service. I ordered and received an add on grapple from the Tatro site," all pins included", well they do send pins, three inches too short, with the fit and finish of made in china. The predrilled grapple holes are a full eighth inch larger than the POS cylinder they provide, 22 dollars Harbor Freight. Even with longer pins, at my additional cost of course, the slop is incredible, nearly two inches at the tips. I'm having to sleeve the holes with tubing and add a zerk fitting just to make it acceptable. I emailed then, still waiting on a response days later. I thought they were the manufacturer for everyone else including the "Thumb" but I guess the people at "the Thumb" must use a bigger cylinder or drill their own holes. I'm really not happy with their attitude about service, provide what you promise. I plan to post this on every equipment site on the web to warn others, buyer beware.

Sorry you're having such a bad time with Andy's grapple. I purchased grapple parts from Andy years ago and have to say that the grapple was the best addition to my New Holland tractor. The grapple is used on a regular basis. I found Andy to be very helpful and the product was "as described"
