TC35D HST
Gentleman:

Thanks for your comments and previous posts- this forum has been a valuable tool in helping me decide on the tractor I just ordered.

I just ordered a TC35D HST, w/ filled R4's and 16LA loader w/ Quick Attach and 4n1 bucket. The dealer cut me a good deal on the package, including the grill guard and a rear remote. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The dealer also gave me a fair trade for my non-running '53 Jubilee, and cut me a good deal on several implements to be delivered.

I used a dealer 140 miles away, and saved a lot of $$. I bought from Ted at Corriher Implement Company in Newton, NC. (I would feel bad if I didn't give him a plug).

I hate to see the old Jubilee go, /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif, but am more than a little excited waiting on Friday or Monday's delivery. I also ordered a 9" 3pt auger, 6' rear discharge finish mower, and 5' bush hog. Ted even swapped out my 3 yr old 5' box blade for a new 6' HD box blade for $65.

Also thrown in were filters and oil for the 50 hr service, rear light, and some hats which will be delivered w/ the tractor. I will comment on the quality of the hats when they come in.

I expect to post photos of my new arrival at the first opportunity.

Thanks again for your help.

Ernie

Wow, talk about timing /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif! I've been talking to Corriher's, really close to getting a TC33D. Their offer seems very fair, based on what I've seen on posts here. I hadn't really thought about trade-ins, I'll definitely ask. I was also wondering what extras I might ask for to pad the deal, you've given me some very valuable info. I, too will plug the dealer, they claim to be the biggest volume NH dealer in US, must be doing something right! Lots of tractors and implements on the lot, nothing beats being able to kick tires in the flesh!

Ernie,

Whoops I read 6' as 60 inches!!! Guess I really do want one of those 6 footers... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

The one thing I wish I had done was go with a 72" RFM.

Maybe you have specific needs of the narrower one. I miss having a little extra stick out the sides when mowing next to things, like my pond or a fence line.

Live and learn on my part. Now I have the 60 inch...I wonder what my dealer would give me on it to trade up to a 72? Thinking out loud I guess...

Wow! That is a nice package. You will love the 4n1 Bucket, and with the Quick Attach, you can add a grapple for brush, pallet forks, or whatever fits on a skid steer /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. I am envious. Enjoy, and we are looking forward to the pictures.
