After waffling back and forth between blue and green I've finally decided on ordering a 3520 tomorrow morning-
Tractor shopping is a funny thing, I've gone from wanting a TT-60/52xx series to deciding I want to be able to work my 7 acres of blueberries as well as the horse farm and going with a smaller tractor. Dragging a riding arena would be a little more difficult with the larger tractor also.
After narrowing it down to a TC34 and the 3520, a lot of it came down to the dealer- I bought a 300x mower from this JD dealer and they have been spectacular as far as service and sales, and I'm getting a great deal on the 3520.
I'll post pictures once I get it which should be next week, can't wait!
This board has been a great resource of information and has helped me a lot in deciding.

PS- oops meant to post this in buying/pricing- oh well :)

Congrats. Make sure you order all the options you want now. They are cheaper now than trying to add them after.

How good was the deal?

I thought you had a pretty good deal going on the TC34DA. The JD must have been a really sweet price! ;)

Hope you enjoy it, and post pics!

Thanks guys- I got it for 20,450- with hydro and the cx loader and 0% 48, seemed like a pretty good deal to me and a little more horsepower than the tc34, either one would have done a good job I think.
As far as implements I'm looking at a 72" frontier grooming mower to do the blueberry rows and pasture, anyone have experience with these?
An auger and either box scraper or blade for working the gravel road would be the other implements I'm looking at getting right now. Will post some pics once she gets here :D

Congrats on the machine. My 3520 is in it's second season at my place and I have about 134 hours on it so far. It is a great machine and I have not found anything it would not do so far. I just got through planting about 4 acres of corn and mixed vegetables with it and the hydro makes it a great brush cutting machine. I moved a few yards of top soil with it yesterday and it gets a fairly regular workout during the summer. I went a little overboard on the garden this year but I am sitting here this morning wishing I had something else to plant this afternoon after work.

I've been using this until my mmm becomes available. So far it's been great for the open areas. Not so good around the edging and trees. It's build like a tank though, even heavier than my brush hog. The cut quality is also very good. My 3720 plays with. Your 3520 should do the same with a 72". Over all I'm very impressed with it.
