Is it really possible that Oregon has no telephone number for customer support?

Jut BS listed in their Contact tab. No 800#, Here, Call us, We'd love to hear from you kind of thing.

This is pathetic, and customers should not support companies like this.

I have an electric pole saw of theirs, that I am having trouble with and the dealer hasn't exactly been a great help. Just because they sell the product, doesn't mean they are familiar with it. Well, maybe a little more than my Mother might be, but that's no help to me.

Thanks! That number was no where listed. And it might as well not have been.

Same freakin BS everywhere! Due to unusually high call volumes, blah, blah blah!

But even worse, because they didn't even give you the chance to stay in que, just went to general VM!

As long as a call center gets incoming calls, they generally never check their messages.

PATHETIC!

Oregon the company must be taking its cue from the state. What seems to be the issue you're having, maybe we can solve it here.

Thanks.

The unit (which I have been quite pleased with) has a two piece telescoping) fiberglass pole. The two sections came apart, causing some grief to get the drive line aligned and reinserted. I noticed that the end of the larger section was damaged/cracked. The dealer replaced the larger tube. I never used it yet, just getting it home, pulled it out from the back of my truck, and again it's apart. Quite annoying!

I had thought about gluing it it, but figured, it's new, and why should I mess with it. Leave it to the experts.

My Dad always warned me. If you want problems, just buy something.

Oh, BTW, of course the recorded messages told me how important my call was! CLEARLY, not important enough, to hire enough people to answer it though. There MUST be people out there that believe all that BS

OK! I had left a message outlining my displeasure. But no product information or contact information.

I just got a call back. Late on a Friday afternoon of all things. It would seem, there is a TRICK to assembling the two pieces, and one, I bet that the small engine mechanic that assembled it, didn't know. Twice!

I will try it and see.
