I am ordering a new shutoff (mine refuses to shut off when on)

There are a bunch of conflicting notes on the net about shutoff valves. SOme say aftermarket is just fine, some say Deutz is better. And some say just bypass and put in an inline fuel shutoff...

Thoughts? Anyone? Bueller?

I have used one of the aftermarket units with no issues. I think the cost was 3 to 1 for OEM. Careful, there are companies selling aftermarket as OEM. Keep your old one. Remove the lever, you may need it one day. My computer was issuing false positives, shut me down on a job. I had to get it running to get it out of there.
